Minimum opening order is $500.00               
Minimum re-order is $200.00

All orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or COD.

Any shortage should be reported to the company within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Elana All Natural Skincare requires three credit references and a full completed and signed order form to process a request for net 30 day payments. Net 30 day privileges do not extend for opening orders.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped via UPS. Charges will be determined at time of shipping and added to the invoice.

Returns:
            No returns will be accepted without company approval. Returns must be made within
30 days of receipt of order and require a call tag number from Elana Skincare to return the order.
